The role available is for a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join the MCP team. This physician will participate in the MDVIP Concierge Medicine service, focused on delivering a more intimate and patient-centered care experience. Unlike traditional primary care models, this role allows the physician to maintain a smaller patient panel, thus enabling more time and attention dedicated to individual patients. The Mancipated administrative support including a practice manager, care coordinator, clinical associates, and front office staff strengthens the physician’s ability to focus on patient care without being burdened by administrative demands. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team and will have access to advanced technological tools including the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system with AI-enabled documentation and workflow solutions designed to reduce administrative workload and facilitate clinical decision-making.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, providing a balanced workweek schedule.
