Job Duties
- Take charge of the deli's daily operations
- recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of enthusiastic deli staff
- provide constructive feedback and motivation to your team
- craft efficient work schedules
- master the art of inventory management balancing stock levels
- uphold a sparkling clean and safe store environment
- wisely manage key cost expense lines
- deliver timely and accurate store reports
- ensure food service areas meet the highest standards of health and cleanliness
- perform other duties as assigned
