The role of Pricing Execution Analyst is an integral position within the Corporate Revenue Management Team, part of the Strategy and Capabilities Organization at Molson Coors. Based in Milwaukee, this position plays a crucial role as the frontline executioner of pricing and promotional strategies targeted at distributor partners. The Pricing Execution Analyst is responsible for the daily management, administration, and support of pricing initiatives in assigned markets. Reporting directly to the Pricing Execution Lead, this role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including General Managers, Revenue Management Teams, and Sales Teams, as well as key decision makers within distributor networks.

The core responsibilities encompass managing pricing in the Vendavo system and promotional pricing in the VIP-PPM platform, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing data, and resolving any pricing disputes that may arise. This position supports the sales organization by making sure that product pricing and promotional activities are executed in a timely and effective manner to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. This role offers a competitive salary range of $62,200 to $81,600 annually, supplemented by a 10% target short-term incentive. Job Duties

  • Act as a key point of contact for pricing and communication within the sales organization by collaborating with general managers, revenue management teams, and sales teams along with distributor partners
  • Manage frontline pricing in Vendavo and promotional pricing in VIP-PPM, ensuring data integrity and resolving pricing disputes
  • Support the sales organization by ensuring products are priced and promoted in a timely manner to effectively go to market
  • Maintain price management and maintenance for all new and existing products
  • Assist in dispute resolution related to pricing issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on pricing performance and promotional effectiveness
