Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to stand and walk for long hours
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Ability to push/pull heavy weights occasionally

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Experience in bakery or retail food service preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety

- Basic financial literacy and inventory management skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist with bakery operations including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of products
- Run the department in the absence of the manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitary conditions
- Fulfill customer special orders
- Assist in training and development of bakery associates
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain inventory levels including freezers, coolers, back rooms, supplies and Deco Pac
- Learn financial operations including paperwork, weekly shrink, transfer sales and budgets
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
