The Team Member role at Dillas is essential in embodying the company’s culture during every PRIMO shift. Team Members are entrusted with responsibilities that encompass preparing and delivering accurate food orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and contributing positively to the overall work environment. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds occasionally
  • Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, ascend and descend stairs
  • Must be able to reach and grasp objects
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use company tools and materials for training
  • Commitment to upholding company values of integrity and teamwork
