The Resident Services Coordinator role at Greystar is a vital position responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs designed to enhance the living experience within the community. This role is the primary point of contact for prospective residents and current residents, providing them with information on local market resources while also managing the day-to-day services that contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment. The position involves greeting prospects and residents as they arrive, ensuring their comfort while they wait, managing phone communications by routing calls and assisting with service request callbacks, and maintaining schedules for guest suites and loading docks. The coordinator also oversees package deliveries, tracks community services such as equipment rentals and dry cleaning services, and assists with the planning and organization of resident activities and community programs.
Additionally, the Resident Services Coordinator maintains detailed local information on restaurants, shops, delivery options, and pertinent services to support residents. The individual acts as an essential liaison between residents and concierge vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and promoting community engagement.
