Known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development, CCS has established itself as a leader in the cleaning and maintenance industry. As a service-oriented company, CCS focuses on creating a positive community impact by ensuring properties maintain their curb appeal and cleanliness through expert pressure washing techniques. With a strong emphasis on team collaboration, integrity, and safety, CCS continues to expand its footprint and client base every year.
CCS is now seeking motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join its growing Atlanta-area team as Full-Time Pressure Washing Technicians. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic. The company is dedicated to promoting from within, ensuring employees who show dedication and commitment have clear pathways to advancement and leadership positions. While prior pressure washing experience is not required, CCS provides comprehensive training and robust support to help every team member succeed.
The Pressure Washing Technician will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding pressure washing services using company-provided vehicles, equipment, and tools. The role involves daily travel throughout Atlanta and surrounding states to complete various service projects, often requiring up to 100% travel availability when business demands, amounting to approximately 20 weeks per year. Technicians will report each workday by 8:00 AM to the Conyers, GA warehouse, ready to execute their tasks efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include operating pressure washing equipment safely and effectively, maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude, and fostering excellent communication with teammates, supervisors, and customers. The company places high importance on adherence to safety procedures and operational standards, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly before leaving the project site. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and engage in continuous physical labor throughout the workday.
CCS offers a supportive, team-focused work environment where employees are encouraged to help one another and step in wherever needed to ensure the success of the team and company. With a clear commitment to employee growth, CCS provides paid training, professional development opportunities, and a structured advancement path including leadership and management roles. The compensation structure is salary-based and paid bi-weekly, competitive and reflective of experience and performance. Benefits include health and dental insurance, matching 401(k), and a Monday through Friday work schedule, with weekend travel required only occasionally.
Joining CCS means joining a company that recognizes the value of teamwork, hard work, and a positive attitude. For those seeking a rewarding career with opportunities for professional and personal growth in the pressure washing industry, CCS represents an ideal workplace. Apply today to become a part of CCS’s dynamic and expanding team and start building a meaningful career where your contributions make a lasting difference.
