Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • reliable transportation to the work site
  • availability to work flexible and varied schedules including nights and weekends
  • willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of attention to detail
  • ability to follow procedures take directions and work in a team environment
  • basic math skills to understand calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • prior experience in food preparation preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
  • prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
  • set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • keep workstation and equipment clean organized and sufficiently stocked
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
  • adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
