Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- reliable transportation to the work site
- availability to work flexible and varied schedules including nights and weekends
- willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of attention to detail
- ability to follow procedures take directions and work in a team environment
- basic math skills to understand calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
- prior experience in food preparation preferred but not required
Job Duties
- follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
- prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
- set up and operate kitchen equipment
- keep workstation and equipment clean organized and sufficiently stocked
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
