We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bar Back to join our dynamic team at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. This role is vital for the seamless operation of our bar services and demands an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting. As the Bar Back, you will support bartenders and servers by maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area. Your duties will include replenishing liquor, beer, and wine inventory, ensuring that the bar is properly set up, assisting in the preparation and storage of garnishes and perishables, and contributing to the overall guest experience with an engaging and positive attitude.
