Job Duties

Receive, unload, and organize deliveries
Restock inventory in kitchen and service areas
Prep ingredients, sauces, and grab-and-go items
Label and rotate food items to keep them fresh
Do regular trash and recycling runs
Clean and sanitize workspaces, shelves, and storage areas
Follow food safety and storage rules
Support the kitchen or front-of-house team when needed
Check in with the manager regularly
Train into other roles (cook, cashier) as needed
