We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Line Cook to join our team either on a part-time or full-time basis. This role demands an individual who is not only skilled in cooking but is also enthusiastic about building strong relationships both with customers and fellow team members. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated, and a quick learner who thrives under the pressures of a high-volume kitchen setting. Availability for weekday shifts, especially early Wednesday mornings for team meetings, and flexible Saturdays spanning throughout the day is required to ensure seamless operation during our busiest hours.
The Line Cook will be entrusted with a variety of essential duties including proficient food preparation focused on knife skills, cooking techniques involving eggs, meats, and vegetables, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing prep inventory, assisting with order taking and customer service, and helping with food running when necessary. Holding a valid food handler’s permit is mandatory.
