Job Requirements
- must have a valid food handler's permit
- availability on weekdays including Wednesdays 8:00am-9:00am
- availability on Saturdays between 9:00am-9:00pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
- willingness to work part-time or full-time
- strong team player with good communication skills

Job Duties
- basic knife skills for hand prep
- high volume line cooking
- strong team communication
- proficiency in cooking techniques involving eggs, meats, and vegetables
- preparing and maintaining a clean and orderly work station
- prep inventory management
- order taking and customer service and some food running
