Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work primarily nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work both full-time and part-time schedules
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitary guidelines
Job Duties
- Wash all silver, plate ware, pots, pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant and banquet areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
- Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties
- Cleanliness and organization is key
- Occasionally help with food prep
