Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food including rotisserie chicken
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- maintain cleanliness, temperature control, and expiration dates for food safety
- organize and zone the sales floor according to company procedures
- handle customer claims and returns effectively
- use handheld technology for business decisions and improve sales
- stock and rotate merchandise to minimize waste
- assist and provide excellent service to members
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
