Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframe
- commitment to maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- adaptability to changing work scenarios
- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak times
- assist members with bakery orders and prepared foods
- ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lower-quality food products
- maintain sales floor by handling claims and returns, zoning area, and organizing merchandise
