Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining the sales floor according to company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping educate other associates
- preparing food according to item specifications and understanding future production needs
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- managing high exposure and expectations including stocking and rotating merchandise to ensure quality and eliminate waste
- assisting customers according to company policies and procedures
- advocating for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
- complying with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
- completing work assignments using policies, data, and resources
- collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners
- identifying priorities and deadlines
- communicating progress and addressing improvement opportunities
- adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
