The role of a Prepared Foods Team Member at Whole Foods Market involves providing support in preparing, stocking, and serving high-quality hot and cold foods. The role also includes responsibilities such as product sampling, stock rotation, inventory assistance, and completing relevant documentation to uphold quality control. The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $24.40, commensurate with experience, with eligibility for various benefits through Whole Foods Market's "Whole Benefits" program. New entry-level Team Members who complete their first 90 days successfully may be eligible for a base rate increase.
