The role available is within the Prepared Foods team, focusing on preparing, serving, and stocking a variety of fresh and ready-to-eat food items. As a Team Member in this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality product presentation, maintaining sanitation standards, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold foods such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, wraps, salads, burritos, and pizza, as well as sampling products to customers and aiding in inventory checks. Team Members help organize displays, ensure product freshness through date checks and rotation, and contribute to the cleanliness and safety of work areas in compliance with Whole Foods Market’s health standards. This position demands a proactive approach to customer interaction, effective communication, and teamwork, alongside a passion for the mission of promoting natural foods and sustainable living.

This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking to grow within the food retail and service industry. The wage range for this position is $17.50 to $25.40 hourly, commensurate with experience.
