The role in question is within the Prepared Foods team, focusing on the preparation, service, and maintenance of hot and cold food items including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza. As a Team Member in this department, individuals will engage directly with customers by providing courteous and efficient service, sampling products, stocking displays, and ensuring food freshness and quality through monitoring and rotating stock. This position requires adherence to the company’s strict standards of sanitation, health, and safety, while also involving inventory tasks, waste management, and assisting Team Leaders with organizing and merchandising seasonal items.
