Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- ability to use hand motions such as single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

Job Duties
- Cut, prepare, and serve a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, and pizza
- sample products to customers
- stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators
- check in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotate when necessary
- bail and consolidate recyclables
- assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
- assist with periodic inventory checks
- arrive at work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provide excellent customer service, address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and model suggestive selling techniques
- maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follow and comply with established procedures including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment and maintain equipment according to standards
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned and ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- immediately report safety hazards and violations
