The Prepared Foods Team Member position is an entry-level role critical to the daily operations and customer experience of Whole Foods Market. This role involves preparing, serving, and stocking a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas. Team members ensure that prepared food cases and displays are fully stocked and that all products meet freshness standards.

In addition to food preparation and stocking duties, Team Members provide excellent customer service, demonstrate suggestive selling techniques, and maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. They play an active role in promoting store initiatives and programs and are expected to work collaboratively with other team members and leaders. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working under various environmental conditions including wet, dry, and temperature-controlled areas.

Whole Foods Market offers a competitive wage range of $15.00 to $24.40 per hour dependent on experience.
