This position is for a Team Member in the prepared foods department located at 904 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, CA. The role emphasizes not only maintaining expertise in prepared food merchandise but also collaborating effectively across teams and educating peers. The Team Member is expected to prepare food according to specifications, plan for future and mass productions, and adapt to seasonal changes. Adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, cold chain compliance, and inventory management is critical. Equipment operation and maintenance are also key responsibilities.

Moreover, the role leverages digital tools to enhance sales, improve the member experience, and increase associate engagement. The Team Member uses handheld technology to make informed business decisions regarding production, ordering, and training.
