Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to business needs
- compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace standards
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and stocking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food safety certification preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- strong communication skills
- experience in food preparation or retail food service is a plus
- familiarity with digital tools and technology in a retail environment
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- prepare food according to item specifications and planned production schedules
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, and quality
- stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards
- provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- comply with company policies and support team oriented work environment
