Job Duties
- Engage with customers through prompt order fulfillment
- share knowledge about ready-to-eat foods
- maintain cleanliness and stock of self-serve areas
- prioritize routine tasks and immediate customer needs
- build rapport with guests through individualized service
- assess and follow-through on guest needs and questions
- maintain product inventory and assist with ordering
- remove and replace outdated products
- develop and maintain product displays
- participate in product promotions and community events
- maintain back room and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
