The candidate must have advanced knowledge of relevant industry trends, products, pricing, and food safety regulations to maintain Whole Foods Market’s high standards of retail performance. The position also demands strategic decision-making skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively.

Working at Whole Foods Market means embracing a role that combines operational excellence with a purpose-driven mission. With a wage range of $25.10 to $42.50 hourly, commensurate with experience, this opportunity offers a chance to be part of a company that values both its people and the communities it serves. Full and part-time team members enjoy access to 'Whole Benefits,' a comprehensive program including health and wellness support, paid time off, store discounts, and financial wellness programs, ensuring robust support for employee well-being.

Whole Foods Market is an equal employment opportunity employer, fostering diversity and inclusion, and hires based strictly on qualifications and business needs to ensure a fair and supportive workplace environment.
