This job opening is for the position of Prepared Foods Team Leader. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the Prepared Foods department’s daily operations, including profitability, expense control, merchandising, labor management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Team Leader is responsible for hiring, developing, and managing team members to foster a high-performance team environment. The position requires excellent leadership skills to create a positive workplace culture marked by teamwork, respect, and exceptional morale. The ideal candidate will have a keen knowledge of products, retail operations, and competitor trends and will be accountable for meeting sales, purchasing, and labor targets. This position demands hands-on management, including mentoring team members, handling performance reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance such as food safety standards. The wage range for this role is $25.10 to $42.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
