The role at Whole Foods Market involves performing all functions related to preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products within the Prepared Foods venues. Team Members are expected to maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service while adhering to store and team Standard Operating Procedures. The position requires a hands-on leader who is actively involved on the sales floor, engaging with customers and assisting wherever needed to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include ensuring products meet the company’s quality guidelines, proper labeling, documentation of waste and spoilage, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
