Duties include assisting with production, proper labeling and rotation of products, documenting waste, following recipes and measuring guidelines, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising. A key aspect of the role is communicating the unique qualities of Whole Foods products in comparison to conventional stores. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for most of the shift, and the ability to handle food preparation tools and equipment safely. Candidates must be prepared to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

For compensation, the wage range is $19.00 to $25.40 hourly, dependent on experience.
