Attention to detail is vital, especially in documenting waste and spoilage, complying with health and safety regulations, and following recipe standards. The environment is fast-paced and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for natural foods.
The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $25.40, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market provides a comprehensive Whole Benefits package that includes health coverage, paid time off, store discounts, and wellness programs, ensuring that both full-time and part-time team members feel supported in their personal and professional development.
