This particular role is focused on the essential, behind-the-scenes duties of maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. The position primarily involves performing tasks related to dishwashing and overall kitchen cleanliness, ensuring that all pots, pans, utensils, and small wares are washed, rinsed, and sanitized according to company standards. It also includes maintaining the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves within the kitchen area. In addition, the role requires assisting with kitchen deliveries by properly storing, organizing, and rotating products to uphold inventory standards. Punctuality, professional grooming, and readiness to work are fundamental expectations for this position.

While no prior retail experience is required, candidates must be physically capable of handling duties like lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for 6-8 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, and working under varying temperature conditions including exposure to FDA approved chemicals. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary.

Additionally, new team members who successfully complete 90 days of employment may be eligible for a pay increase. Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares

- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
