The role available is for a Team Member focused on dishwashing and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area within the store. This is a retail role where Team Members are expected to deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service not only to customers but also to fellow Team Members throughout every shift. The position requires adherence to all team and store Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that the store maintains high standards of health and safety regulations, including food safety compliance. The position involves washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares, as well as keeping the kitchen floors, mats, walls, and shelves clean and orderly. Being punctual, professionally groomed, and prepared for work is an integral part of this position alongside attending trainings and meetings as required.

This job requires physical stamina to perform duties like lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods during an 8-hour shift, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Tools and equipment usage such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and possibly ladders are part of the job.
