Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and ladders

Job Duties
- wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provide excellent customer service, address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques
- follow and comply with established procedures including health and sanitation and safe work practices
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately report safety hazards and violations
