By fostering a positive environment with exceptional morale and teamwork, they support the development of a high-performing team. They also play a key role in training and mentoring new and existing team members, using structured training materials and checklists.
Ideal candidates must possess strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and thorough product and operational knowledge. Proficiency in regulatory and safety procedures, financial monitoring, inventory management, and technology applications is essential. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position offers a competitive wage range between $16.50 and $30.20 per hour, depending on experience. Whole Foods Market also provides a comprehensive Whole Benefits package designed to support team members’ wellbeing, including health insurance, paid time off, financial wellness programs, and more, with eligibility based on job type, location, and tenure.
