This role focuses on food preparation and presentation within various product categories, including the cold case, fresh pack, salad bar, and hot bars. The team member selected will be responsible for preparing food items according to set recipes and production sheets, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining product freshness, proper labeling, dating, and food rotation to reduce waste and maintain high standards. This team member will also participate in stocking and sanitation duties, ensuring all work areas and equipment comply with the company’s cleanliness and safety policies. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as they will be engaging directly with customers and team members alike, promoting suggestive selling and a positive shopping experience. Additionally, this role demands adherence to store procedures, food safety regulations, and participation in required trainings and meetings.
