Job Duties

  • Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations through different fresh areas and managing members needs to deliver on the business plan
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality inventory production sanitation equipment usage safety and compliance
  • Manages seasonality in production understanding new products recipes processes and production specifications
  • Collaborates with associates and third parties to ensure the team has resources sharing knowledge and training the team
  • Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales improve shopping experience and elevate associate engagement
  • Drives business results ensuring operational excellence staffing levels compliance and merchandising standards
  • Teaches and trains the team encouraging career growth sourcing new talent and developing necessary skills
