Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through different fresh food areas
  • Manage member needs to deliver on the business plan
  • Communicate departmental goals and execute company programs
  • Ensure adherence to policies and advocate for members, associates, and the company
  • Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations
  • Ensure quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage seasonality in production and prioritize tasks
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training
  • Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales and improve shopping experience
  • Drive business results with commitment to operational excellence
  • Maintain neat, clean, and safe work areas
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and audit compliance
  • Produce and display merchandise according to layout plans
  • Engage with other departments and vendors for operational continuity
  • Teach, train, and develop team members
  • Identify training needs and encourage career growth
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethics
