This role as a Prepared Meal and Rotisserie Chicken Associate at Sam's Club is a vital part of the company’s fresh food department. The associate is responsible for preparing high-quality fresh meals and rotisserie chickens daily, ensuring that members have access to delicious, ready-to-eat food options. This position requires strict adherence to recipes, attention to detail in wrapping, labeling, and storing food, as well as maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The associate will often juggle multiple tasks, including assisting members with their bakery orders, maintaining clean and organized product displays, and verifying product quality. The role is not only about preparing food but also about enhancing the customer’s shopping experience through friendly and efficient service.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $27.00, which will at least meet the local minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and may also feature premiums depending on work schedules, seasons, or specific duties performed.
