Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items according to recipes and specifications
- wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- assist members with bakery orders
- maintain clean, sanitized, and organized sales floor area
- monitor product quality by controlling temperature and checking expiration dates
- manage inventory and reduce waste by rotating products and disposing of lesser-quality items
- use digital tools to execute production and sales decisions
- collaborate with team members to educate on products and tools
- comply with company policies, ethics, and food safety standards
