Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- physical ability to perform food preparation tasks
- willingness to comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours

- excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or service preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols
- adaptability to changing work scenarios
- basic digital literacy for using handheld technology
Job Duties
- preparing food according to item specifications
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas
- monitoring and managing inventory including temperature control and expiration dates
- assisting members with bakery and meal orders
- operating and sanitizing kitchen and preparation equipment
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating team members
- using digital tools to support production, training, and sales
- adhering to food safety standards and company policies
