Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
ability to use digital tools and technology for inventory and production management
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to multitask and adapt to changing work environments
food handler certification preferred

Job Duties

maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates on tools, tasks and resources
communicating effectively with team members
preparing food according to item specifications
adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
managing production planning and inventory
ensuring quality control and date compliance
stocking and rotating merchandise
maintaining a clean and sanitized member-ready area
assisting customers according to company policies
identifying and addressing shrink and damages
disposing of lower quality food products
maintaining temperature control and verifying expiration dates
