Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in food services in a medical environment preferred
- Knowledge of food service equipment and safety
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Fluent in English.
Job Duties
- Prepare food
- Plate food items
- Assist with tray line preparation
- Maintain sanitation standards and complete cleaning assignments
- Monitor product quality and recipe compliance
- Ensure productivity, delivery schedules, and serving line times are met
- Follow workplace safety and sanitation rules
- Participate in training and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage food portions and control waste
- Assume team leader role in management absence
- Resolve issues and provide support to staff and customers.
