Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in food services in a medical environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food service equipment and safety
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Basic math and computer literacy
  • Fluent in English.

Job Duties

  • Prepare food
  • Plate food items
  • Assist with tray line preparation
  • Maintain sanitation standards and complete cleaning assignments
  • Monitor product quality and recipe compliance
  • Ensure productivity, delivery schedules, and serving line times are met
  • Follow workplace safety and sanitation rules
  • Participate in training and performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage food portions and control waste
  • Assume team leader role in management absence
  • Resolve issues and provide support to staff and customers.
