The AM Food and Bakery Prep position at Seven Stars Bakery is vital for the smooth and efficient operation of the food preparation processes within this thriving bakery environment. This role supports various departments by assisting in the preparation of high-quality food items that consistently meet customer expectations. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards of food safety and hygiene while ensuring timely and accurate preparation of ingredients and products. In this fast-paced setting, strong multitasking skills are essential to juggle multiple duties simultaneously without compromising quality. Responsibilities include basic food preparation, production assistance, inventory monitoring, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas. This role is essential for delivering the exceptional dining experience that Seven Stars Bakery is known for. With early morning shifts starting between 4am and 6am, flexibility, reliability, and availability on weekends and holidays are key requisites. The position offers both part-time (up to 30 hours) and full-time (up to 40 hours) opportunities, allowing candidates to find a schedule that works best for them, all while becoming part of a community-focused, passionate company that values its employees and customers alike.
