This McDonald's restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, allowing it to run the restaurant but operates as its own entity independent of McDonald's corporate employment structure. This means that employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic communication skills
- No prior experience necessary, training provided

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients daily to make delicious meals for customers

- Provide excellent customer service as needed
