Job Description

This McDonald's restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, allowing it to run the restaurant but operates as its own entity independent of McDonald's corporate employment structure. This means that employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Individuals applying for this position are applying to work for the franchisee, not McDonald's corporate, and all employment matters are handled locally by the franchisee.

Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic communication skills
  • No prior experience necessary, training provided

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior food service experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic math and reading skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients daily to make delicious meals for customers
  • Manage stock and rotate inventory to ensure products are always fresh
  • Assist in baking and cooking as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep and dish area
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Provide excellent customer service as needed
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
