The role of Cold Station Cook at The Capital Grille is critical in delivering the exceptional dining experience the restaurant is known for. This position focuses on preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and both hot and cold desserts offered at the restaurant. The Cold Station Cook also takes part in prepping and preparing all food items to ensure seamless kitchen operations. This includes stocking the alley and line with necessary ingredients and supplies to complete orders in a timely manner. One of the essential responsibilities is to uphold all food safety and sanitation standards meticulously to guarantee guest safety and comply with health regulations. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary or food preparation role
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
