Job Description

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep and Dish Area Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that food preparation standards are met and the kitchen environment remains clean, organized, and safe for all team members.

As a Kitchen Prep and Dish Area Attendant, you will play a crucial role in prepping various food items according to company standards, including chicken, steak, tofu, and onions. Your attention to detail in food handling and preparation will contribute directly to the quality of dishes served to our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean dish and prep area, which includes closing down these areas at the end of each shift. On slower nights, you will take charge of deep cleaning tasks, helping to uphold our commitment to a safe and hygienic workspace. This position requires a proactive attitude, the ability to follow instructions meticulously, and a willingness to work as part of a team to support the overall kitchen operation.

Job Requirements
