Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20 plus pounds
- Flexible schedule to work lunch, dinner, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- Must have or be able to take a food safety class
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of authentic Mexican cuisine is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Make fresh tortillas at the action station
- Prep masa according to recipes
- Prepare salsa, condiments, and sides
- Execute food orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tortilla station
- Follow recipes exactly as presented
- Assist line cooks with line setup and basic kitchen tasks
