Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- ability to lift move and carry 50 plus pounds
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends holidays and evenings
- strong communication skills
- ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- follow prep lists created by chefs
- label and stock all cooking ingredients
- complete all tasks in order on the prep list from the head chef or kitchen manager
- wash chop and sort ingredients like fruits vegetables and meats
- measure quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
- adhere to nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
- keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with kitchen and management staff to order resupply
