We are currently seeking a full-time Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food preparation and is ready to contribute to the smooth running of both our restaurant kitchen and catering prep work during the day and weekends. As a Prep Cook, you will work closely with our catering team to prepare all necessary items daily while also being available to support weekend events either onsite or offsite. You will be responsible for learning and assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring that the kitchen is stocked, organized, and maintained cleanly at all times. This position requires excellent knowledge of scratch cooking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain quality control over all prepared food. Creativity with fresh ingredients and a meticulous approach to labeling and food rotation are essential to this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain high cleanliness and operational standards during busy service times, and collaborate effectively with managers and team members. With a competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00 to $19.00 depending on experience, this full-time opportunity offers a supportive environment where your culinary skills can grow, and your contributions are valued.   • able to lift over 50lb
  • ability to work in sync with all managers to ensure a good service
  • ability to work under pressure
  • must have own transportation

  • work well without supervision
  • maintain high standards at all times
  • great knife skills
  • able to prep and cook dishes while maintaining a clean and organized environment during rush
