We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Prep Cooks/Cocineros de Preparacion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the kitchen by assisting in the preparation of our delicious Peruvian dishes. Your responsibilities will include performing various kitchen duties that ensure the proper treatment of food, following established recipes meticulously, and ensuring the daily prep list is completed with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a commitment to food safety standards, including proper food handling, temperature control, and prevention of cross-contamination.
