Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate clearly with kitchen and front of house members
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours

- able to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently
- able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items with appropriate garnishes
- follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members
- adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
