Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate clearly with team members and managers
- physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop
- willingness to comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to follow standardized portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods
- physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- perform food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing cooked items
- prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently
- communicate clearly with managers and team members
